Terms of Service
Last updated: May 21, 2026
Agreement
By creating a Key Post account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Key Post. These Terms are between you (or your brokerage) and Key Post (operating from Naples, Florida, United States).
Who can use Key Post
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. For real estate use, you must be a licensed agent or working under a licensed brokerage. You're responsible for keeping your MLS credentials valid and for complying with the MLS's terms.
Your content
You own the listings, captions, photos, and seller info you bring into Key Post. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transform (e.g., generate captions), and publish that content on your behalf to the platforms you connect.
You're responsible for the content you publish. Don't use Key Post to post anything illegal, infringing, misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of fair housing law. We screen captions for steering language but you remain the publisher of record.
Acceptable use
- Don't share your account credentials with non-licensees.
- Don't use Key Post to post for properties you're not authorized to market.
- Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, MLS terms, or platform policies.
- Don't reverse-engineer the service or extract data at scale.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Connecting your MLS and previewing the dashboard is free; billing starts when you publish your first post. You can cancel anytime from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no refund for time already paid). Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Third-party connections
Key Post connects to Bridge Data Output (MLS), Meta (Facebook + Instagram), LinkedIn, X, Stripe, Anthropic, and Amazon Web Services. Service availability depends on those providers being available and your accounts being in good standing. We're not liable for outages, policy changes, or account suspensions at those providers.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. Maintenance windows, provider outages, or extreme events may cause downtime. Scheduled posts that fail due to platform issues are retried; persistent failures surface in your dashboard.
Termination
You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment. On termination, we retain data for 30 days for recovery, then delete it (Stripe records may persist longer per their requirements).
Disclaimers
Key Post is provided "as is." We don't warrant that posts will generate leads, that engagement numbers will be accurate (third-party-sourced), or that the AI captions will be free of errors. Review the schedule before posts publish if exact wording matters.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Key Post is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collier County, Florida, unless we both agree otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version and notify active customers by email. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
